Help manage WHM server, E-mail deliverability and similar jobs

I am in need of someone to help me to manage my WHM server. I have several clients that host their websites, email and FTP with me and when there are issues, I need someone that I can delegate the problem to for resolution. You will have unlimited access to my server company's support via live chat or phone. Issues will come in and need to be updated through our support ticket system on my website.
Please be able to handle the following at a minimum:
* Troubleshoot email delivery
* Manage DNS
* Installation of SSL certificates
* other similar server and Cpanel functions
