Repair Infected Hosting Account & Malware Removal

We have a number of websites on a hosting server that are infected with malware. Here's what we need done:
1) Remove the existing malware from all the sites (see attachement)
2) Figure out how it was infected and prevent future similar malware infections
QUALIFICATIONS
A) You must have verifiable security / malware removal / and full stack coding expertise in PHP, MySQL.
B) You must have excellent spoken and written English skills
C) You must have a very high user rating
D) you must sign our non disclosure agreement
E) The budget for this test job is $30
F) We hire a lot of people on a regular and ongoing basis. If you do an excellent job then we will consider using you for future work.
