I need ongoing website management for a video tutoring website, had lots of development issues so need developers with the exact skills and experience to manage issues quickly and thoroughly, this is not a 'learn on the job' role as quick resolvement is key.

Site has following specifications:

Development language - Laravel version 8 

Database - phpmyadmin 

SMTP for emails

3rd Party API integrations including video API and payment management (GoCardless)

cpanel hosting server with godaddy domain

Cyber/Security Management

Please demonstrate previous portfolio of handling similar specification projects, SMTP and payment integrations have been a particular issue so skills and experience to advise in these domains is crucial. I will want to see references I can contact for previous projects so again please ensure this is available.
