Urgent Ubuntu VPS Connectivity Fix

I'm currently struggling with severe connectivity issues on my Ubuntu VPS server, version 22.04. The server frequently fails to connect, creating significant interruptions in service. I recently made changes to the server configuration, and since then, the problem has been occurring. I was working in my Wordpress with Elemenator on the 19th of April and I couldn't edit a page. So, I took the troubleshooting steps and tried to deactivate all plugins except Elementor and Elementor Pro. That's when the server crashed and I've attached the error logs. I tried changing the nameservers from cloudflare nameservers to hostinger nameservers but the website didn't connect. So today, 21 April, I put them back to the cloudflare. That's what my developer had them before. She will be gone for 20 days, so I need somebody to fix the site connection so I can do my work.
What I am searching for:
1. An expert in the Ubuntu operating system.
2. Someone with deep knowledge of VPS server configurations.
3. Troubleshooting and repair skills are mandatory.
4. Prior experience resolving connectivity issues on a VPS server would be advantageous.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Diagnosing the current issues causing connectivity problems. Use WinSCP to access files.
2. Recommending and implementing a solution that can restore optimal server performance.
3. Ensuring any implemented configuration changes do not negatively impact server performance in the future.
