Working in the hotel industry is like being a virtual assistant because you are always on call and have to be equipped with your mobile phone and laptop in case of last minute proposals, emails, etc. Realizing that, I decided to shift to a home-based career to be able to maximize my time in both work and family.
I have a combined twenty-one (21) years working as an assistant in well-known hotel and BPO establishments. I am very proficient in the English Language both verbal and written. My responsibilities included managing calendars, emails, social media accounts, and various CRM, creating and maintaining database, drafting business correspondences and emails, Marketing Research, and Marketing Reports.
