I am attached to the Urban Development Authority and worked as an Enforcement officer (Contract) since 08 th February 2017. My education comprises of a Bachelor Degree in Estate Management and Valuation with a first class. Currently, I am preparing for the Master Degree at Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 2017. I am also well competent about the subject areas such as Real Estate Management, Valuation, Urban & Regional Planning, Regulations, and Land Economics, etc. Along with the degree in Real Estate Management and Valuation, professional qualifications, my personal skill of good communication will make me the right prospect applicant
