HORRIBLE. The freelancer agreed to finish the job within 14 days. He also agreed beforehand that if he does not complete the project within the specified amount of time he would refund me the initial amount released in the first milestone. Not only he didn't complete the project and he didn't refund me up-to-date, but he replied to my contact attempts only twice and he disappeared forever. My attempts to get my money back via Freelancer.com arbitrage have failed, because Freelancer.com states that they can't enforce an agreement between buyer and seller on their site. My advice is to stay away from this particular freelancer and Freelance.com in general, otherwise you are in for losing your money.
