I used Visual Fox Pro and my tasks were on programming and administrating the Fox database INDIVIDUAL PROJECTS 2004 Diploma thesis on “Extinding economic sotware on mobile platforms†theme In my diploma thesis for graduating the Faculty of Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics, I analysed the opportunities for mobilizing the existing economic information systems. The program attached to it uses the Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 paltform, the SQL Server 2000 DBMS, SQL Server CE and has two parts: one desktop application that runs on desktop PCs and it’s mobile extension running on PocketPC handheld mobile devices. The mobile extension can run in an disconnected enviroment, mentaining data on it’s SQL Server CE instance. The latest data changes are brought on the device via a GPRS Internet connection by means of SQL replication mechanisms. 2003 Project for the Microsoft Academic Program (MAP) I was part of the last year C#.NET workgroup within MAP and I developed a module for a testing application used in the Microsoft Laboratories inside ASE Bucharest. The application was built on a client / server arhitecture and was developed using the Microsoft Visual Studio Enviroment. The communication between machines was made possible using XML Web Services. The database resided on a MS SQL Server and the interface was designed using MS Visual Studio .Net. The coding was made using C# language and the application security used digital certificates issued locally 2003 Development of an eCommerce site I was part of a team on building an eCommerce site for selling birotics goods.
