Designing a residential house plan for a west-facing plot measuring 20m x 20m (65’7” x 65’7”) presents a unique opportunity for you to showcase your creative prowess. We encourage you to integrate principles of Vaastu and passive solar design to craft a harmonious and energy-efficient living space.

**Compulsory Minimum Setbacks / Margins:**
- Front: 9’
- Sides: 3’6” each
- Back: 6’

**Basic Vaastu Requirements:**
1. Place one Master Bedroom in the South West corner of the house on first and second floors.
2. Design the Kitchen in the South East Corner of the House.
3. Avoid placing Bathrooms/Toilets in the North East Corner of the House.
4. Arrange the Car Park and Entry of the House from the North West corner.

**Project Requirements:**

*Ground Floor:*
- 2 Master Bedrooms with attached wardrobe and Bathroom.
- Formal Drawing Room: Create an elegant space for welcoming guests.
- Living Room: Design a functional and welcoming living space for everyday use.
- Home Office with attached Powder Room: Plan two entrances to the office – one from the outside and one from inside the house.
- Househelp Quarter, Washroom, and Kitchenette: Include a separate area for a Househelp with a small kitchenette, accessible via a separate entrance. this toilet should be accessable from outside and not inside the Quarter.
- Common Powder Room: Accessible from the living area.
- Services Area: Create separate areas for utensil washing, cloth washing, and ironing.
- Kitchen + Store: Plan a well-equipped kitchen with storage space.
- Dining Area: Include a spacious dining area for family meals.
- Pooja: Create a tranquil and sacred space for prayer and meditation (ideally in the northwest corner of the house, but can be moved if it helps with the plan).
- Elevator/Lift: Include an elevator for convenience.
- Staircase Minimum Width: 4’, Maximum Step Height: 6”
- Outdeep Seating: Create a comfortable outdoor seating area designed for enjoying the morning sunlight.

*First Floor:*
- Study Area for Kids: Design a dedicated study area for children's educational activities.
- 1 Master Bedroom with attached wardrobe and Bathroom.
- 2 Guest Bedrooms with Attached Bathrooms: Design two guest bedrooms with attached bathrooms for visiting friends or family.
- Multipurpose Hall: Create a versatile space for games, a gym, and a home theater. Include an attached bathroom with a Jacuzzi.

*Second Floor:*
- One Multipurpose Room/Hall.

**Additional Information:**
- **Architectural Style:** Timeless and easy to maintain.
- **Elevation:** Fixed by the builder and cannot be modified.
- **Construction Material:** RCC (Reinforced Concrete Columns).
- **Maintenance:** Prioritize ease of maintenance.

Please tell us about the streets surrounding the project and the uses of the surrounding lands. Please select the plot of land on Google Map and then specify the required drawings, specifying whether they are architectural, executive, or will they be shown in 3D programs.

  The parcel of land is situated within a plotted development adjacent to Suncity A Block. The Google Maps link is already included in the brief, the roads have yet to be constructed, therefore it is not visible on satellite view. The road runs along the western boundary, with neighboring plots on the north, south, and east sides. The road itself has a width of 9 meters, and on the opposite side, there is an open/garden area.
