竞赛简介

I want to make a 2 column form in html for my website.
I need the boarder of the inputs one color ant the text a different color, also I need it should be responsive and it should look nice in a mobile/tablet.
To see basically what I need I've attached a word file which I made very fast just for showing the concept...

Its not a hard project, but since i'm not that familiar with html and I'm in a rush, so I'm posting it...

if i redesign it such as payable amount in down? whats your opinion? your giving document file design is fixed? please answer. i mean the design you provided that fixed or you want custom design that you may like?

  I'm not sticking exact to this layout if I'll see something nicer I'll go for that, but i'm suggesting something like this, but no! the document is not fixed fixed....

Yes But i want it nicely in 2 columns and it should be responsive, so it may take in in some css as well...
