竞赛简介

Logo needed for client for website, T-shirts and corporate identity.
It's an Egyptian company. Tourguides, Trips, Fishing, Boating, Snorkeling etc.

MUST USE EYE OF HORUS!!!
MUST USE MOHAWK!!!

Client wants "The Eye of Horus" (not Ra) with a blue mohawk.
There's an roman helmet here for inspiration, though it should be flipped so the tail goes to the right instead of the left. And we need it to be blue and drawn, not photography like.
Just the mohawk "hair" part - not the helmet.

The eye of Horus should be as recognisable as possible, but you can play a little bit with sharpness/softness etc. as long as it's CLEAR that it is that very symbol.
Make the Mohawk fit and that you can play around with a bit more.

Chose also a type of font for the name that fits The Eye. Preferably something sorta common for the font so it can be used in texts on websites, tag lines, business cards, brochures and headlines on the website if/when necessary.

The mohawk should fit over The Eye of Horus and the "tail" of the mohawk should end in an underline (straight or not) where the company name is written above the line to the right of the Eye and the Mohawk.
We're thinking it might end up looking a bit like an "Egyptian Sea Dragon" with a weird hairdo and tail... or something. There is nothing like that in Egyptian lore or art, so this is a chance to invent an Fusion Egyptian Loch Ness Roman helmet logo. Go nuts!
No dolphins, camels or other Egyptian symbols. Just to make that clear... no Cleopatra stuff either ;)

Name of the company is "The Blue Mohawk" and should be written as TheBlueMohawk.com in the logo. (Website is no way near finished so don't take that as inspiration at all)

I'll give feedback whenever possible, but I'll be travelling a bit so it might not be as fast as some would like. I'll try to check in once a day before the deadline to give feedback. Please keep public so I can give general feedback and not PMs for each and every single one. I'll chose a winner and one or two runner-ups to split the pot 50/25/25. Please note this. I'm happy to tip, too if we (client and I) are happy.
Custom made letters are no go. It's too difficult so we need a fairly common font, as mentioned above.

I'm excited to see where it takes you. Please don't copycat each other exactly. Be creative and ENJOY most of all ;)

    I have rejected entries that were very copycat like of @dayat21gb's design, since her/his first entry had the lowest number. So I'll clean up a bit in those particular entries that look VERY similar to @dayat21gb's entries.

    I'll keep cleaning up and rejecting as I have time to spend on this the next few days.

    So please let me repeat:
    DON'T JUST COPY - inspiration is fine, but please respect your peers and fellow designers.

    I will not give feedback for entries that have not read the details and feedback for earlier entries at this point.
    Copycats will not get feedback either.

    There's no need to ask me to check your entries... I'm checking every single one in bulk when I have the chance.
    I'll reject, change number of stars and possibly give a few lines in comment if something needs tweaking.
    I appreciate that everyone is spending their time and creativity. I won't leave you hanging :)
    And don't enter 5-12 different versions of the same design on like wall, t-shirt, paper etc.
    I need something simple to compare easier... so keep each similar design to ONE entry, please.
    And again... I'll check for copycats before rewarding. So it's gonna be a waste or your time, even if I give good number of stars and I find that you just copied an early entry from someone else... I'm thorough and I play fair. :)

    DO NOT COPY OTHER PEOPLES DESIGNS!!!
    At this point a change of just a dot or a line or the font will NOT give you credit. I will spot who copies who, and not chose a copy cat - so don't waste your time on copying your fellow designers.
    USE your imagination... and be creative. New unseen designs are welcome... but make an effort - don't steal your neighbours groceries either, please ;)

    #170 is the only one as far as I can tell who got the CORRECT Eye of Horus at the moment.
    PLEASE use the Eye of Horus that I uploaded in the description as a file. Yours is not the one ;)
    And please don't copy other peoples designs and just ad different font... play fair, people ;)

    A lot of feedback is ignored... Almost everyone uses their own Eye of Horus... I need to see the design with the right one that I uploaded as a file - so I can see if the mohawk and tail looks "off" or "integrated" in your designs.
    So.....
