The name of the company is "Turn Key Mortgage". The company colors are gray, white and red. I'm thinking key in a gray color, some accents of red somewhere in the logo (maybe a simple house drawing) thinking the words to be in white so that it will show up on signage, on dark website background, etc.

****ENDING CONTEST IN 2 HOURS**** I've pretty much narrowed down my decision. I thank you for working with me on your designs. I also thank those of you that made edits to your designs as well. There were some great designs submitted but no edits as requested. Thank you all again for your submissions and i hope to work with a lot of you in the near future for my other upcoming projects.

*******More Clarity********** I need "TURN KEY MORTGAGE" font size the same and "of Louisiana should be a little smaller. I want emphasis on the actual company name.

hi all! The entries look great and you all are making it very tough for me to decide! I really would need "MORTGAGE" to be in much larger letters than "of Louisiana". I need it to be known that this is a mortgage company.... "of Louisiana" i would like to have the font smaller than Turn Key Mortgage. I need emphasis on "Turn Key Mortgage".... "of Louisiana" can be much smaller

HI Everyone! Hate to throw a moneky wrench in the design but I JUST received a call that the logo must have "of Louisiana" after "Mortgage.... if we can place "of Louisiana" in a different font like script, that would be awesome... To kind of help with the extra maybe have "Turn Key Mortgage" on one line and then "of Louisiana" on the second line but off to the right in script. Hope this makes sense! Thank you all so much!
