We are planning to build an hotel with containers. In order to have some more specific ideas (and pictures), we are searching for an architect or engineer who can make us a plan for our hotel. The plan doesn't need to be fixed in every detail - for us it is important to have good pictures to show to the bank in order to finance the project.
In the Pdf-document you will find our very basic plan for this hotel We now want to have more specific pictures and a more detailed plan than ours. Please check the pictures that are attached.

How are you? I hope everything is going well. I have few quires.
1. Is it possible to provide an English Document of your instructions. The PDF you attached here, can not be copied for google translation. It would be very helpful for many freelancers to work if you provide a English instruction.
2. What's the size of the containers?
3. Are you expecting only the floor plans? or also 3D?
4. As you had mentioned in the description that, you need it for Bank Purpose. It means, you need details into the plan. So, what you are really expecting?
If your are expecting only plan without many details, then submission can be done within this price. But if you are expecting details and also 3D, then you need to increase the price. It's my suggestion only.
Anyway. Can you just provide English Translated documents? I'm working on it.
