build shopping cart app in ionic 2

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built.

Imp Details -

* Shopping cart app in ionic2.

* Through dashboard(control panel)i can access add, update,delete a products in application.

* payment gateway must(paytm).

* registration (through OTP)

* we are using two languages in our app.. English & Hindi. Depend on users.

* generate daily full day report of order..

* this report i want in excel format

* after report.. this report send me automatically on my email address through dashboard(control panel). Means daily 6o clock evening i want this report.

* All DB show in control panel.

*Indian developer only.
