Hello,
I am looking for somebody to create the attached image in a PhotoShop file.
I do not have the original Photoshop file.
Please create the PS file (or Illustrator) identical to the one attached.
Separate all the different elements in separate layers.
Include the fonts file used.
The attached image is of the island of Puerto Rico.
The "dark green" shaded areas are various towns of Puerto Rico.
