Urgently Build a Chrome plugin that parses Facebook & Twitter for repuation !!!

I am looking for someone to develop a Chrome browser plugin that works for users visiting Facebook and Twitter, that will be used to rank the intellectual debate level of users.

when clicked, brings up plugin settings.

Plugin settings:

User chooses between image (7 colour pyramid) or score (number) for each user, known as USER_SCORE. USER SCORE

User has ability to block posts/comments from any user score below a certain score/colour, as long as they have at least n (user set) amount of votes on their score (with the exception of people with 0 score yet, they are always visible)

When on Facebook or Twitter:

User sees USER_SCORE for every friend, based on average from the database. Defaults to 0/grey pyramid.

For every friend, if you click on USER_SCORE you will be given the option to vote on a score for that post/comment. (by clicking the specific section in the pyramid – the database will remember this score).

User also sees USER_SCORE for every comment or post they make, but can not vote on it – but they can request a moderator to review it – which sends an email to me to approve/remove.

The data will be stored in a MariaDB (SQL) database. The code should be clean, with comments.
