* I have a live website and now I need to add a page (html) that will enable end users to upload files (e.g. .doc, .docx, .pdf) to a specific folder. For example if i need assignment1 then i will provide more info in a brief paragraph and have a link or button that when clicked should bring up the dialogue box for the student to select the file relevant to assignment 1. This file must be of a specific type AND not exceeding an acceptable size e.g. 1MB.

* The selected file should be uploaded to webserver [login to view URL]

* I should be able to re-use this code.

* If you can do this by 4th June 2012, please get in touch with a reasonable estimate.
