Asterisk email and emailed report

I need to customize an existing Asterisk conference.

1. I need to have a email sent out 30 minutes after the admin joins the conference. the email will be basic and consist of plain text and one variable (ASTDB numerical value)

2. I need a cdr report emailed when the admin exits the conference. Ideally a nice looking html email that contains the time, incoming caller id name and number duration.

3. and in the email on the top of the html email I need to display the number of listeners for that conference. this data will be in a ASTDB numerical value.

System: Asterisk 1.8 W/ FreePBX on CentOS 6.4 (64bit)
