Clothing Rental/Store Website Design

We are looking for professional to create clothing rental/ store website. Similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
Users can create accounts and edit their [login to view URL] will also be able to upload 5 photos. Informations that we will need are: Name, address (including country), phone number, email address, payment info and shoe,pants,clothing sizes. At the checkout users will choose dates ( use calendars) that they need to rent the baskets, time and address for delivery.
Members can rent baskets with chosen clothes and accesories for a fixed price. (Details about prices will be given after we pick a winner). These are 4-day rentals. There will be charge for every extra day.
There will be three baskets to choose from. Items can be chosen from all categories
( store is not included) . Please use some graphics here.

Any 10 items
* Basket 2
Any 20 Items.
* Basket 3
Any 30 Items
After exceeding allowed amount in the basket, users will be charge extra per item. There should be message board when users exeed amount in the basket.

Members will also be able to buy items from our store. Checkout will have precisely divided sections where users can see which items are rented and which items are bought.
We don't really care how you will design the website, as long as its easy to operate. It has to look professional, clean and [login to view URL] should have integrated Facebook, Twitter.
We would like to have three colors: white,black and lacquer red ( please see attached photo with red wall to see what we have in mind). Logo will be lacquer red therefore we would like to use it somewhere in the website.
You will have to do all the set up with our host( hostgator), upload all the files and create first member so we could see how the website works.
