We need somebody to create for us 8 Tests for our Recruiting website. Tests have to be ORIGINAL and after task is completed, we will have all the rights to all tests. They have to be clear and professional.
Our ideal person should have experience in Human Resources, Recruiting. Psychology experience is a plus. We need somebody who has the knowledge of hiring process.
All tests should be between 140-160 questions each (40 minutes to finish). How you will form questions and possible answers is totally up to you. However, each test should have different possible answers. For example: One test will have 5 answers to choose from, another one 4, 3 or 2 answers. Some should have short answers for example: most likely, never, always, completely true, somewhat false, high, average, true, false or list of competencies that a person is most effective at and etc. At least one test should have long answers to pick from. For example: Pick one that best describes you:
a) I want to be seen as an expert
b) I like planning and organizing
You will have to come up with scoring and write the final possible results.
Here are tests we need:
1. MOTIVATION TEST
This test should shows things that affect person’s drive, commitment, and performance. It should provide an assessment of what a person is looking for in an ideal job, and an indication of how far these exist in his/her current work.
2. LEADERSHIP TEST
Questions evaluate a person’s leadership qualities. This test should evaluate person’s leadership skills and style. Whether she/him possess the personality traits and skills that characterize good leaders.
3. SALES COMPETENCIES/ SELLING SKILLS TEST
This test should identify advanced selling skills. It measures diverse advanced sales competencies needed for high level customer interaction and produces a differentiated list of the skills that person finds easier and harder without reference to other people.
4. ORGANIZATION SKILLS TEST
In order to be organized a person needs to have following skills: time management, strategy and self -motivation. It should evaluate strengths and weaknesses.
There should be two types of questions:
- Answer according to how person would most likely behave in a similar situation.
- Degree to which the given statements apply to a person.
5. COMPETENCY TEST
Set of skills and knowledge required performing a particular job function successfully. Questions should focus on past behavior and other performance abilities of a potential employee in different job-related situations. Test should evaluate the amount of knowledge (qualifications and experience) the candidate possesses on a certain field, his/ her people-oriented skills such as communicating, organizing and managing and determine personal characteristics such as helper, self-learner, multi tasker etc.
6. CREATIVE PROBLEM SOVLING SKILLS
To be creative person should be able to view things from different perspectives.
This test should show how a person typically approaches a problem and how flexible he/she is. Does the person solve problem from many perspectives or uses the same old solution that worked in the past.
7. MARKETING TEST
This test should evaluate whether a person has the traits and skills needed for a successful career in sales and marketing. Shows what are his/her strengths and weaknesses. It should identify your key personality traits related to sales and where the sales potential lies in a different field of business.
8. TEAM WORK TEST
This test should define person’s tendency to behave, contribute and interrelate with others. Test evaluates person’s team role competencies. It will show his/her strengths and weaknesses when working as a part of a team.
