i need a new look and feel for this website [url removed, login to view]
its a map site, so all need to change is:
1. menu look ,ill welcome some smart theme changer or theme creator that will let me chose menu from list like j query for each site i want to create.
2. header re arrange, make it look more modern, and with proper modern font (notice that this site has 2 languages, Hebrew and English, but that should not worry anyone that do not know Hebrew, cos its all already right to left and have separate HTML form and css for each).
3. make some welcome layer that will Gide users into site options, like we see here: [url removed, login to view]
