ezPublish site transfer to another host

I have a desparate client that left his past host provider and wants to reinstall his ezPublish website to my server. I have his account ready but no matter what I've tried so far doesn't work for his website and I cannot make it eppear properly.
What I have:
- Full files backup
- SQL database dump
What I need:
- I need a full site recovery from the backup my client took from his old host.
- I will give access through FTP and on cPanel
- zipped file including all files and sql dump is already on the FTP
Please be noted that the old ezPublish site comes from multiple site virtual host.
