I have a VBA excel program that does my invoicing, all the record are captured in an excel table but as data grows, excel becomes overloaded.
GOAL,
I would like this to be able to handle accounts, inventory and payroll functions and to have these data temporarily captured on the excel tables, probably for a day or two, then at the click of a button the data moves to an SQL database and clears the excel table ready to capture new data.
REQUIREMENTS
I would like to read reports from the SQL database, in PDF or be able to export to excel for analysis , just like quickbooks , pastel, Express accounts or as most of the accounting programs
I should be able to have at least 5 people working on the system at the same time without conflicting data (Multi user)
The system should be used on a local server that synchronizes with a cloud server for ease of use by those given global access.

I propose to supply an existing Windows package that has Inventory Management and Accounting. I can integrate and supply Payroll quickly. I will supply application Users guide and Product Source code.
