Project BetAutomat would be a pluggable platform, providing a web service, that would accept information about site + login + password + bet and place a bet on that site. At the beginning (as proof of concept) web service / solution should have two plugins - one for [url removed, login to view] and another one. Both having HTML sites and standard technology behind. As next stage of the project, there will be numerous extendability (plugins) and also functionality. Developer needs to prove himself capable with this intro project. Please suggest technology + price + timing.
