Correct php after server change

We have changed servers. The program was running on Apache/1.3.27 using PHP Version 4.2.3 and MySQL 3.23.39. It is now on an upgraded server using PHP Version 5.3.26 and MySQL 5.0.91. The program will not let me login. I need someone to look over the code and correct issues found. The program is very small and this shouldn't take but a few hours. I have more work in the near future as well and will rehire on jobs well done. Thank you!
