i need somebody to compile me php 5.3.3 with php_pdo_sqlite included statically

i also need a small change make to the main code

php has a paramter -n which is "looks for no [login to view URL]"

i need this to be the default without having to specify the -n

i need php 5.3.3 cgi exe exactly as it is except for the 2 changes above

it must be php-cgi .exe and it must have pdo_sqlite statically compilied and it must not look for a [login to view URL] ANYWHERE on the pc.

for windows obviously
