We are seeking candidate for accounting work. Job duties include data entry, account reconciliation, journal entry, financial statement preparation and review, budget preparation, and weekly cash flow forecasting. Must know Quickbooks (for business accounts). Must also be familiar and know how to use dropbox, google drive, and gotomypc programs. Preference given to those who have processed payroll and can process US payroll taxes, also familiar with US nonprofits. Must work during US Eastern standard time - during regular business hours 9am-5pm. No exceptions. **All interview questions must be answered. **Looking for an immediate start. Initially one weekend may be required.
