Find/create a UPI ID/ VPA verification method as asked below

Hello, here's my requirement , create an app/webapp/website/module/function that can do this : first somehow check if a user's phone has one or all of these UPI apps:Google pay/phonepe/paytm/bhim UPI installed on his mobile, then extract the VPA/UPI ID of that user from each of those apps. This should happen on all the 4 apps mentioned above, but if it works atleast with one of them then also I'm satisfied. The challenge is to read the data from these apps. We can ask for appropriate app permissions which the user can approve to let us access the UPI apps. Since vpa is a public/open entity already, security issues are absent. The only thing is, will one or all of the mentioned apps allow the data to be fetched? Any method/programming language you can use to get the results. If you can do something close to this , share your ideas too! I will later instruct about what to do with all the different VPAs extracted from various UPI apps of the same phone.
