To make customized Invoices to bill clients for incoming calls through our Asterisk PBX and Credit Notes to pay telephone agents for their work.
Experience required:
(What is experience ? -- It is when You have already worked with it... You don't have to google around first !)
1) LibreOffice Calc (Spreadsheets)
2) Software to change to pdf without loosing calculations
3) Asterisk PBX
4) Linux
5) MySQL DB
6) PDF
7) KVM qcow2 (for disk management)
For invoices and Credit Notes, we use background images for the templates. To fill the Templates out, the client only sees the image, he must not see any spreadsheet !
This is a none-standard project and not for beginners !!
You must have a computer with a Linux OS --- not Windows !!
----- Good and quick communications are essential !
This project will be divided into 3 unequal milestones.
