I'm looking to hire a skilled architect/draftsperson with expertise in restaurant layout and a deep appreciation for rustic designs. The size of the space is approximately 500 sq. ft.

Specifics that require attention include:

- A kitchen layout suitable for efficient operation, taking into account the limited size.

- A well-designed indoor dining area to maximize seating without crowding.

- An inviting and well-stocked bar that complements the rustic look.

- A layout plan in 1:100

You should have a proven track record in small space design, excellent understanding of space utilization, and an eye for combining functionality with aesthetics. Prior experience in designing for the hospitality industry and a portfolio displaying your versatility across different design styles (particularly rustic) will be highly regarded.
