Structural design of granite feature

I need to dowel a 900x900x75mm thick granite panel into a granite box that needs to resist 700N horizontal loading at the apex of the headstone. I would like to know how to calculate the following:

1. dowel diameter & embedded depths & number of dowels

2. Any plates or brackets that can help achieve this must be min 5mm thick stainless steel

3. Will the granite fail and how to calculate this for varied heights

4. A solution

See attached diagram for reference. Headstone is to be 75mm thick.
