Can you write something in C++ that when the user launches this new exe it just starts a series of actions with a small/about 1 second pause in-between each: calls/launches another .exe (another c++ program) in the background, then starts a command line window, then executes an "npm start" in the command line, then launches a Chrome browser and goes to "localhost:3000" (like its a website)?
