1) Tag equipment with barcodes

2) an app that allows us to scan the barcode and scan the customer's namecard or visitor ID when they borrow the equipment to excel or any other cloud based sheet (google sheets etc)

3) able to scan the equipment again upon return and it updates in real time to reflect equipment return

4) This needs to be online preferable so that we can track equipment at our overseas offices too

we are an interpreting company who rents out receivers during events for those who need interpretation.
I need a cloud based solution (preferably via an app through an IOS or andriod phone) for us to track the receivers as they get lost very easy.

The idea is to
1) create barcodes (easily done through free apps online) and stick them to our receivers.
2) client just needs to download our app, scan the barcode and then scan their delegate pass or scan a namecard to loan the receiver out.
3) the client and ourselves can see via the app the receiver rented out and the person who took that particular receiver
4) upon return, the client needs to scan the receiver's barcode again and it will reflect as returned in the system
5) we can easily identify those who did not return the receiver and can call them to return it.

we sometimes have multiple events going on so if the system can support different events would be good.
the system should also be able to allow us to do the same for our equipment in our overseas office
