Looking for an Expert in Solar and Rain Water system

I have a developed a tiny home that I have created after hard working outside New Orleans. Now I'm looking for someone experienced in Solar power energy to help me in consulting and designing my solar power system to be able to run my home. I'm also looking for another experienced, might be the same freelancer, to help me develop the design of reuse of rain water system for my home.
The location is in the Baton Rouge next to Mississippi River. I've designed the house in a way to be relocatable and I'm thinking to have the Solar and Water system sustainable to stand the high wind speeds.
I'd like to start the project and want only those applicants that have previous experience and can show them to me in order to have envisage of their capabilities.
