We are looking to develop Ultrasonic tube sealing system with the following requirements:
1) Seal Lami Plastic tubes of 55mm diameter
2) Auto adjust the sealing power to match any tube thickness
3) Would be ideal if its above 20Khz
PLEASE NOTE: We need the Power Generator, Transducer/Booster, Horn & Sealing head.
We will need a working prototype of the unit with all relevant files.
