SolidWorks Model

I require a fairly simple SolidWorks model to be finished and prepared for prototyping. It is a folding knife with only a handful of components. I started the model but I do not have the required skills to make it work. You must be located in Canada. Please do not bid on this project unless you are located in Canada, and you can speak English fluently. My budget is low as this is a start up project, but if things work out, this could be an ongoing business relationship.
