To fix and improve my exisiting Odoo 16 system

I am looking for a freelancer who can fix and improve my existing Odoo 16 system. The specific issues I am experiencing are functionality errors.
Key functions that need improvement are in the area of accounting and finance.
In addition to fixing the current issues, I also have specific features in mind that I would like to be added to the system.
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Strong knowledge of Odoo 16
- Experience in fixing functionality errors
- Expertise in accounting and finance
- Ability to understand and implement specific feature requests.
1. One of my custome modules called 'Frieght Management', Shipping Forms > Shipping Order, I would like the Print PDF would be like my attached image (please igrnore the red pen marks).
2. add two fields for each 'product line' in Sales/Purchase, one is currency symbol 'like USD', and one is the exchange rate. Then the product line can automatically calculate the exchange rate for each product line according to the unit price and quantity, Accounting must to see the exactually the same amounts as in Sales/Purchase.
3. In Project > Task, add a button in each Task then it can automatically bring the data like weights, CBM and etc to create a Quotation or an invoice.
4. In Invoicing settings > Bill Control > i have already selected ‘Ordered quantities’ rather than Received quantities, but still receive the following error “There is no invoiceable line. If a product has a control policy based on received quantity, please make sure that a quantity has been received.”
