Draw a one-panel comic strip featuring two characters in a gymnasium

Background: this comic will be used in a Christmas newsletter, in a story describing an unspoken rivalry between two men at a gym. One (me) is an Ohio State fan and the other is a Michigan fan. The purpose of the comic strip is to show a scene of the two at the gym, with my features exaggerated in a good way (fit, muscular, handsome) and the other's features exaggerated in a bad way (overweight, not fit, mis-aligned facial features). The exaggeration is for comic effect, and should be clearly exaggerated but not so much as to be outrageous (e.g. my character should be fit and muscular, but not as much as Arnold Schwarzenegger).
I have attached examples:
"[login to view URL]" - this crude Paint illustration shows where the characters are in relation to each other.
"[login to view URL]" - this is the style of comic I would like. In color, moderate detail and somewhat realistic facial features. It does not have to be perfectly in this style, but something close to this, whether hand-drawn or computer-generated, is fine.
"[login to view URL]" - this is a photo of me on which the character on the right (the Ohio State character) should look.
"[login to view URL]" - these are Ohio State shirts I wear - please use any of them as the basis for my character's shirt.
"[login to view URL]" - this is an example of a Michigan shirt.
"[login to view URL]" - this is an example of the goofy/ugly face for the Michigan character. In reality he's relatively normal-looking, but again, we're exaggerating for effect.
Facial features: in the comic, I (red shirt) should be looking to my right, in the direction of the Michigan character. My feature should show slight annoyance. Meanwhile, the Michigan character (yellow shirt) looks at me judgmentally.
