Build Landing Page for my current system

I would like to hire experienced front end developer to create one landing page for my current web application, of cause the page must be interactive webpage and have to be responsive to mobile,pc etc. The requirement to add and link in landing page is:
1. Link to my pricing package (already have in my current page)
2. To link active user number to new landing page
3. Testimonial
This should be link to my current webapp for package pricing, if i change the package in my admin panel, the landing page should change together.
