Accounting software for manufacturer and small business

We're looking for a person who can develop an accounting software which must include => basic accounting (chart of accounts, journal, ledger posting), financial reporting (income statement, balance sheet, trial balance, ) Sales & Purchase Orders, Invoices (with print support), Inventory. A good example that can be used for reference is Express Accounts (you can google it), the software should be a desktop application which should be easy to install and setup. MySQL is preferred choice of database and JavaFX for UI.

The project is urgently required, a person who has experience in this domain and technology and is ready to work dedicatedly on this project will be preferred.
