"As far as the problem goes, I do not know what actually caused this to begin with. I had my senior administrator reinstall a backup from the 13th and there were a couple of errors restoring the database, but he used "force" mode to restore the database and everything seemed to work fine after that. I am not sure what took my support as long as they did and couldn't solve the problem. I am in discussion with them about it."
