[Java Spring] Edit bugs in web application

Need a Java Spring Framework expert to solve some issues related to the project.
Here is the list of problems
1- One of the functionalities of the project is uploading to the system the jar package of the recommender algorithm implementation. But, before upload a check should be, whether if it is a jar file and includes inside the necessary methods for futher usage. The method is written using reflection, but raises exceptions and forces the app to reload, what prevents the correct run;
2- Deleting an algorithm (after generating recommendations using the algorithm to be deleted) is raising sql error. It should work for the case when admin can delete algorithms added by mistake or added for test reason, in this case there is no need to keep related data. so when deleting the algorithm, cascade.
3- Editing an algorithm data from database is not working properly.
4- In conference editing page, after clicking edit, you get a sentence showing "edit successful", but the edit pane don't disappear, you need to press cancel in order to continue. I would say, after pressing edit, the message should appear and one button next to it "OK". If the same thing happen when editing the algorithm and user correct it as well.
5- Need to have a page that shows the conferences papers(for admin and user). So that there is a dropdown (maybe with the autocomplete) where user or admin selects the conference and gets apropriate list of papers.
6- In the page that shows recommendations, recommendation date should contain the time also.
