Recover innodb databases

I have a problem with my database. I moved databases from folder to another, but all Innodb are corrupted. I have a Centos server + CPanel. Problem is that if i insert in [url removed, login to view] innodb_force_recovery=4 and restart Mysql, InnoDB start in read-only mode and all site working fine, but i can't modify nothing. If i restart server without innodb_force_recovery=4 in [url removed, login to view] mysql or crash or start without InnoDB engine and some site work (with MyIsam) and some site not work (cause InnoDB table not seeing). I need to recover completly all InnoDB databases.
