- Already has a PBX or VOIP system in place.
- Able to answer incoming calls from 9am - 5pm USA pacific time.
- Has the ability to set up an automated receptionist.
- Able to record calls so we may hone our customer service capabilities.
- Has call forwarding.
- Able to accept inbound calls as well as make outbound calls from the same number
Email service
- Able to handle customer emails and log them into our CRM
- Able to handle vanity emails ()
- Able deal with the below artwork needs via email.
Artwork
- Well versed in Adobe Illustrator
- Able to convert raster images to vector images
- Able to create mockups from supplied artwork files
- Quick artwork turn around times (within the end of the current day).
- Comfortable with live artwork creation through shared screens so customers may direct the artwork process.
Order processing
- Collecting order information and inputting it into our CRM for production.

What is the Tee Shirt Bakery?
The Tee Shirt Bakery is Portland Based apparel and product customization company. Don't be confused by the cool bakery name we actually don't work with any food products. Our name was coined when very kind donut shop owner was nice enough to give us space in the back of his bakery. Thanks to him our bakery has expanded and been open for a very successful year.

We differentiate here at TSB through fresh creative branding and marketing that is carried through all aspects of the business...include job postings :).
