Drupal 7 taxonomy restructure and patchwork for Ubercart project

Currently have a Drupal 7 site that needs some patchwork from a previous developer to improve taxonomies and views. Breadcrumbs are also required to get fixed and several views need to be implemented to ensure products from an Ubercart implementation are working properly. The search engine should also be working, returning relevant items in a certain display.
This is for a beer and wine store that will be importing a csv of their products into Drupal 7 Ubercart products using the Feeds module. Additionally, the programmer must ensure that the CSV import works properly and bottle sizes are converted correctly in order for site visitors to sort by size. Also, each product has different size vartiations (Bottle, 6 pack, 12 pack, 24 pack, etc) and should be displayed correctly. Each variation of size has different price as well so that needs to be sorted accordingly as well. The site must also load the pages at an accceptable load rate. Currently the site loads very slow due to the amount of queries that it is running. Any site page must take less than 5 seconds to load in the USA.
