Pligg CMS Template Needed Urgent

I need a theme designed for pligg CMS. That should look like this [login to view URL]

The theme will look like this but with some additional features. 20 posts will be shown in the home page with unique add slot needed in every posts. In addition there must be add slot in header, footer, left and right sidebars.

Important: No pligg modules should be hampered due to customization.
