We're looking for for :
A skilled programmer and web designer / dedicated company on PHP, MySQL and PayPal integration.
The project is a B2B site that will work in the scope of our town. There are materials with different
brands, types and units. One side of users are selling some of these materials and the other side of
users want bids for their material needs. Both users must login to use system. There is two different
users as free and paid. So that there is a need for PayPal/Credit card integration for the system.
There is also a simple web design for the project.
Buyers must do followings :
1- Select materials from the material list with needed quantity, notes and (brand if needed)
2- Create a bidding list from the material items described above.
3- See the offered bids from the sellers.
4- Add a seller to favorite list.
Sellers must do followings :
1- Create a material if it is not in the list (or database)
2- Add a material to its own selling list with their price
3- See the buyers' bidding list and give a price or see the total price coming from their original price
4- Give a offer to buyer with/out their own discount automatically or by themself.
Administrators must to followings :
1- Gets both buyers and users in a list with their payment information
2- Create a material/brand/unit if it is not in the list (or database)
3- Follow the cash flow.
All users must do followings :
1- Login/Logout/Forgot Password/Change Information
2- Pay via PayPal-Credit Card
3- Gets SMS/E-mail for their defined actions.
In an initial response we need from you
1. Your ability to deliver the above(including technical capabilities)
2. Evidence of your design capabilities
3. Your location and preferred method of communication (we will need to discuss requirements and
welcome suggestions)
4. Acceptance that we require regular reporting of progress
5. Acceptance that you will deliver in phases linked to compensation for work completed
6. Technical language you would like to develop the site in

Due to budget, PayPal/Credit card integration is postponed. So that there is a modules related to credit cards and cash flow.
Also there is a postpone of SMS integration.
These postponed modules will be added later according to the success of site and probably it will be given to the same person who got the first bidding.
