53225 Chat Program

Hi, I'm looking for someone to build me a special chat program. The whole site will basically be the chat. I can only give so many details on here but if you are interested, please PM me. Details: -Can be PHP, ASP, Java, or CGI. -Must be able make many chats from the website easily. What I mean is it must have a chat maker page where I can just fill some information in a form and it will make a new chat fast. I will be running about 30 chatrooms or more at a time. -For each chatroom there will be two sides that users can pick to go on. -Must be able to make a design for it. That's all the information I can give. Pricing: I'm not looking to spend a lot on this project but we will discuss everything if I decide to pick you. Thanks!
