Need a Joomla expert to set up a site. The required modules are already installed on the site, now need to set up:
1) the user interface / menus
2) single-login, and
3) news aggregation
The modules already installed:
- RSS module for news: (frontpage) Feed Gator
- Ads module: Almondsoft
- Jobs module: Jobs Pro
- Question and answer module: Community Answers
- Forum module: Kunena
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Login / registration box at the top: Register | Username | Password | Login | Forgot password?
b)
Set up Google Custom Search on top of every page

Set up a Tab structure on the top of the page with the layout (using imagemap, the image is given):

With each linking to / opens the front page of the related module
2) Set up single-login
Set up single-login for ALL modules and ensure smooth integration for all these modules
Meaning the user logs in once and can access all extensions without an error
3) Set up news aggregation using Feed Gator
- The feeds are arranged in a 3-column sections, 8 categories total
- Feed sources for each category are already given [SEE: FEED SOURCES]
- Article creation: Articles are grabbed from the feeds and created as own article on the site
- Cron: set to 10 minutes
- Commenting on articles is set to on
