Bugfix: Nextgen gallery not working with my Wordpress theme

I have got a self-made theme which worked great with Nextgen gallery but after the upgrade of Wordpress / Nextgen the plugin page is not showing up properly and I cannot put galleries into albums (see included pictures).

I know that the error is in my theme because:

No error when I change to another theme

Only an error when I deactivate all the other plugins, except Nextgen gallery

I want you to debug and show me where the error is. And comeup with a fix.
